The Arc Of The Ozarks in Branson, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized ABA services across age groups. You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to design effective behavior support and skill acquisition programs.

Responsibilities include assessments, data analysis, training staff, and supervising RBTs while ensuring treatment integrity and crisis coaching. This position emphasizes data-based programming and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Missouri licensed behavior analyst credential
• At least one year of professional experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses
• Develop individualized behavior‑support programs
• Create data‑collection systems and analyze treatment data
• Monitor progress and modify programming based on data
• Train caregivers and staff to implement programs accurately
• Supervise RBTs, ABA specialists, and practicum students
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide ABA training to staff and manage crisis situations
• Support generalization, maintenance, and fading of supports
