Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead Applied Behavior Analysis programming for individuals with disabilities. You will conduct functional assessments, develop behavior support plans, and supervise ABA Specialists, RBTs, and practicum students.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of $72,500 per year with experience-based pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Missouri LBA in good standing.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to train and supervise caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behavior assessments.
• Develop data collection and graphing systems.
• Train caregivers to implement programming with fidelity.
• Provide staff training on ABA and positive behavior supports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise ABA Specialists, RBTs, and practicum students.
