Job summary

LLA Therapy in Mentor, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric ABA clinic. The candidate will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and staff to ensure high-quality service for ages 2-6.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification required and in good standing.
• Current COBA certification in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Train RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and parents on treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTs and fellows.
• Collaborate with physicians, school districts, and other therapy professionals.
• Foster a safe and positive learning culture for clients and staff.
