Job summary

Behavioral Concepts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will supervise clinicians, write reports, and lead parent trainings, ensuring assent-based, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or higher) required and BCBA certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional training and supervision meetings.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure safety of clients and others in each case as a top priority.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
