Job summary

Behavior Concepts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical teams delivering ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes assent-based treatment, parent collaboration, and high-quality, evidence-based care within a supportive LEARN Behavioral network.

You will supervise clinicians, analyze data, write funded reports, and participate in ongoing professional development with a strong focus on child-centered outcomes and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification required for practice.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Licensure/registration as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure client safety and implement assent-based treatment.
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure directives from the senior clinical team are followed.
