Job summary

Qualifications
- BCBA certification (BACB) required.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of ABA experience with autism.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and mentoring a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to ensure high-quality therapy services.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Conducting assessments, data analysis, and program development for measurable progress.
- Communicating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals for seamless care coordination.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement best practices in ABA therapy.
