We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead BCBA to lead our team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. As a Lead BCBA, you will be responsible for:
Supervising and mentoring a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to ensure high-quality, effective therapy services
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
Conducting assessments, data analysis, and program development to ensure measurable outcomes and progress
Communicating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Collaborating with our team to identify and implement best practices in ABA therapy
BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a focus on autism diagnosis and treatment
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, theories, and methods
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
