Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of ABA experience with autism.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and methods.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead BCBA to lead our team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. As a Lead BCBA, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and mentoring a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to ensure high-quality, effective therapy services




• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs




• Conducting assessments, data analysis, and program development to ensure measurable outcomes and progress




• Communicating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination




• Collaborating with our team to identify and implement best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)




• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent)




• At least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a focus on autism diagnosis and treatment




• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, theories, and methods




• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
