Job summary

Helping Hands Family in New Jersey is seeking a Lead BCBA to provide expert ABA services, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and mentor other BCBAs. You will oversee treatment plans and ensure ethical practice across clinics serving children with autism.

This leadership role offers clinical development, collaboration with Directors of Quality, opportunity to participate in research and program development, and a clear career ladder with bonuses and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• 3 years of experience in ABA; 2 years with BCBA license.
• Strong communication skills for clinic setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Manage caseload: up to 10 clients; 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Conduct assessments, write and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality to uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation per BACB and state guidelines.
