Job summary

Applied ABC in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinically, oversee a team of RBTs and behavior technicians, and deliver evidence-based ABA services to children and families. The role offers a competitive salary with a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible work environment across clinic, hybrid, in-home, and community-based settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies.
• Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Monitor client progress with ongoing data analysis and adjust programming accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and HIPAA guidelines.
