Brighter Steps ABA in New Jersey is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team and lead evidence-based ABA services for children. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities
