Job summary

SSNY Cares, Inc. in Freehold, NJ invites a highly skilled BCBA to join our team.

You will lead clinical programs across day, residential, and community settings, design treatment plans, supervise staff, and mentor BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB standards. You will work with interdisciplinary teams, coach caregivers, collect and review data, and ensure services promote independence and meaningful outcomes for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB and NJ standards.
• Completion of the BACB's 8-hour supervision course and eligibility to provide supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license and insurance in good standing.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Ability to manage and support behavioral staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dynamic caseload and adapt schedule to client needs.
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and supervision of staff.
• Coach and mentor caregivers, direct support professionals, and RBTs.
• Document assessments, reports, and service logs in a timely manner.
• Lead trainings, supervision, and professional development workshops.
• Represent SSNY Cares in professional and agency events.
