Applied ABC in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinically, supervise RBTs, and deliver evidence-based ABA services across clinic, hybrid, in-home, and community settings. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive salary accompany a strong benefits package.

The role requires a BCBA, Master’s in ABA, and licensure as applicable, with a focus on data-driven treatment planning, staff development, and family collaboration to achieve meaningful child

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field with supervised practice.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate and ability to supervise staff.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Deliver parent training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Monitor progress with data analysis and adjust programming.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with BACB and HIPAA.
