Job summary

Clearsteps ABA in New Jersey is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children ages 2-12 in their homes. As a BCBA, you will assess, design, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct assessments, develop plans, train RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with families to promote independence and meaningful learning.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• NJ license required.
• Experience in ABA therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to promote skill acquisition.
• Train RBTs and BTs for consistent plan implementation.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; collaborate with families.
• Stay current with ABA best practices.
