Job summary

The J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center is looking for a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee a diverse caseload of students aged 3–22 and mentor clinicians.

This role emphasizes data-driven care, frequent staff training, and collaboration with families and school partners. The position requires BCBA certification, RI license, and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in an ABA program for autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and RI license.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in ABA with autism.
• Strong skills in assessment, staff training, and inclusive treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee caseload of students aged 3–22 and supervise treatment planning.
• Mentor rising clinicians and train staff in best practices.
• Lead ABA implementation across classrooms and inclusive settings.
• Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary teams and public schools.
• Review data and participate in clinical meetings and evaluations.
