Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a professional clinic in the United States.

The role blends direct 1:1 intervention with high-level supervision under the Clinical Director to deliver autism services that transform lives. You will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, perform functional assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS), and collect data in Excel to guide individualized behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required for interview eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and procedures.
• Ability to achieve 130 billable hours per month.

Responsabilités

• Direct 1:1 service delivery with monthly supervision of RBTs and Behavior Assistants.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS) to develop IBPs.
• Record, analyze, and report skill acquisition and problem behavior using Excel.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistent care and program implementation.
