The J Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center in Rhode Island is seeking a Lead Behavior Analyst to oversee a caseload of students ages 3–22 and supervise developing clinicians. You will mentor staff, lead treatment planning, and ensure evidence-based ABA practices across classrooms and inclusive settings.

This full-time role requires BCBA certification and state licensure, along with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in ABA, education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification and RI Behavior Analyst License.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in an ABA program for students with autism.
• Strong skills in behavior analytic assessment, staff training, and inclusive treatment planning.
• Knowledge of current ABA best practices, including trauma-informed care.
• Ability to travel throughout RI, MA, and CT as needed.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and supervise staff and BCBA/BCaBA candidates
• Oversee the implementation of behavior analytic treatment across the classroom and inclusive settings

• Analyze student progress through consistent data review and clinical meetings
• Contribute to staff performance evaluations and organizational improvement initiatives
