Job summary

Behavioral Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. We emphasize assent-based treatment and partner with families to nurture each child’s school and life potential.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with LEARN Behavioral as a broader community. We offer extensive benefits, supervision, and a collaborative clinical leadership structure across states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or exam within the next three months.
• At least two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) with competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
• Ensure safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
