Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in our Learning Centers. You will supervise RBTs, develop child-specific ABA plans, and train staff to implement treatment plans with fidelity.

Qualifications

• BCBA supervision experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to train and supervise RBTs and staff.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Develop child-specific behavior plans based on ABA.
• Train staff on each client’s treatment plan.
• Regularly review data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS/AFLS assessments at intake and periodically.
• Coordinate scheduling and oversee clinical needs in center.
