Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide clinical leadership for ABA services across in-home and center-based settings.

You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor BSPs, supervise BTs/RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure ethical, regulatory compliance while driving meaningful outcomes for children and families served.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services and developing behavioral interventions.
• Experience conducting FBAs, BSPs, analyzing data, and adapting interventions.
• Experience supervising BTs/RBTs or other direct‑care staff.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, organization, and documentation.
• Ability to travel to client homes and work across in-home/center-based environments.
• Must meet background checks, fingerprinting, credentialing, training, and other requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and FBAs.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and modify BSPs and treatment plans.
• Analyze client data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
• Supervise BTs/RBTs and ensure fidelity of treatment protocols.
• Educate and partner with parents/caregivers for consistent care.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care team for coordinated care.
• Manage caseloads, scheduling, and clinical documentation within required systems.
• Address clinical, ethical, safety, or boundary concerns.
