Job summary

Connecticut Behavioral Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to clients with developmental and behavioral needs. You will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families, schools, and the treatment team.

The role emphasizes ethical, evidence-based ABA delivery with data-driven decision making and meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA/related field.
• Current BCBA certification with BACB.
• Active state licensure or eligibility where services are provided.
• Experience providing ABA services to children/adolescents preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, data analysis, and ABA practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients via functional assessments and skills assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans and skill programs.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor progress with data.
• Provide direct and indirect ABA services per treatment plan.
• Supervise RBTs and other staff; provide training and feedback.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment team.
• Prepare documentation; ensure HIPAA and BACB compliance.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis / Behavior Analysis / Psychology / Education

BACB-BCBA certification
