Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure holistic, ethical care. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and ongoing professional development within a values-driven clinical setting.

The BCBA will oversee assessments, supervise staff, and drive treatment outcomes while maintaining meticulous documentation and adherence to BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands‑on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
