Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to lead assessment-driven ABA programs for children with developmental needs. You will supervise RBTs, train families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure data-based progress and high-quality care.

The role emphasizes fidelity, ethical standards, and comprehensive documentation in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure/certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs.
• Analyze patient data, evaluate progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices.
• Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs and other staff.
• Deliver family education and caregiver training.
• Coordinate care with families and interdisciplinary teams.
