Step Forward ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, and LABAs, while delivering direct services to clients of all ages.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing professional development, and commitment to ethical, data-driven practice. A strong team culture supports growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or related field (Psychology / Special Education / ABA).
• BCBA certification and licensed as a LABA in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, and LABAs.
• Deliver direct services to clients of all ages.
• Coordinate with clients, parents, staff, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare concise reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development with senior staff.
• Perform initial assessments, client intakes, or special projects.
• Meet minimum billable hours: 25 hours per week.
