Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role includes assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and treatment teams.

Responsibilities also involve ensuring care standards per state and insurer guidelines, providing clinical recommendations, and guiding staff through training and supervision to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed and meet state requirements.
• At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services to clients with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care align with state and insurance guidelines.
• Collaborate with parents and other providers to determine treatment intensity and transitions.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff and supervisees to develop independent skills.
