Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role focuses on treatment assessment, program planning, parent training, and collaboration with families and healthcare providers.

We support clinical staff with ongoing supervision, professional development, and a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across settings.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed per state requirements.
• At least one year of experience using applied behavior analysis with clients on the autism spectrum in home and/or clinic-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity and modality, in collaboration with parents and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on quality measures.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality services.
• Supervise others to develop supervisees' clinical skills and certification progress.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks, including reporting and insurance reviews to secure funding.
