Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will guide clinical staff, ensure quality treatment, and coordinate with families and other providers to optimize client outcomes.

The role emphasizes developing supervisees' skills, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining compliance with state and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed analyst and meet state-specific requirements.
• At least one year of experience providing applied behavior analysis and autism services in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and insurance authorizations.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transitions with families.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using the QET measure.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Supervise others to develop independent clinical skills and certification fulfillment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
