Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based intervention programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role includes coordinating treatment, monitoring progress, and training clinical staff to ensure high standards of care.

The candidate will collaborate with families and other stakeholders to tailor treatment intensity and modality, while ensuring alignment with state guidelines and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or state-licensed equivalent.
• At least one year of ABA experience with children with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and coordinate treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services, including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Supervise clinical staff and develop supervisees' independent clinical skills.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams to ensure quality care.
• Generate reports, perform insurance reviews, and complete funding-related forms.
