Job summary

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies seeks BCBAs to join a vibrant, center-based practice in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes supervision of RBTs, development of individualized plans, and collaboration with SLPs and OTs. Onsite only, with no travel, options for full-time or part-time work.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000–$95,000 annually for full-time roles (40 hours/week) plus performance bonus, plus benefits and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) certification in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA.
• Availability for later shifts (e.g., 10am–6pm).
• Experience with autism strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans with data analysis and program modification.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor RBTs in 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Review RBT session notes for accuracy and payer compliance.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and update plans for progress.
• Provide training to families and other stakeholders per BACB standards.
• Coordinate with speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists.
• Communicate clearly with families and caregivers.
• Ensure timely documentation meets regulatory requirements.
