Job summary

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies in NW Washington, DC is seeking a Center-Based RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with supervision from a BCBA. You’ll work with a small group of children in a newly renovated clinic, moving between treatment rooms designed for active, play-based work.

Compensation is $27–$32 per hour for direct clinical hours. The role is full-time or part-time, onsite, with benefits including paid onboarding, training, and opportunities to support BCBA-certified growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to engage physically in sessions and maintain professional conduct in alignment with BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Arrive prepared and on-time, every day.
• Collaborate actively with your BCBA to refine your approach.
• Collect session data accurately and complete documentation on the same day as treatment.
• Maintain a steady, reliable presence for children and families and contribute to a positive team environment.
