Job summary

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Center-Based RBT in Washington, DC to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in a newly renovated clinic. Work closely with BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and track progress using real-time data collection.

The role emphasizes active engagement, play-based sessions, and collaboration with families, with paid training and ongoing professional development supported by the clinic.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (from the BACB).
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Ability to engage physically in sessions, including floor work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Professional and ethical conduct in alignment with RBT and BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Arrive prepared and on-time every day.
• Collaborate with your BCBA to refine treatment approaches.
• Collect session data accurately and complete documentation the same day as treatment.
• Be coachable, accepting feedback openly and applying it as you grow.
• Be a steady, reliable presence for the children and families you work with.
• Contribute to a professional, low-drama, high-follow-through team environment.
