Bright Day Pediatric Therapies seeks BCBAs to join our center-based practice in Washington, DC. The role focuses on supervision, collaborative care, and delivering high-quality ABA programs in a supportive environment.

We emphasize clinician autonomy, ongoing mentorship, and work-life balance, with opportunities for growth and inter-disciplinary collaboration with SLPs and OTs. Late-afternoon hours (up to 6:30pm) are available.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA.
• Availability for a later shift (e.g., 10am-6pm) is welcome.
• Background in autism strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and openness to feedback.
• Passion for mentoring others and building strong systems of care.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical requirements: bend, kneel, sit on floor, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports in accordance with payer and BACB requirements.
• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans with data analysis and program modification.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of RBTs; complete competency assessments and performance reviews.
• Review RBT session notes weekly for accuracy and payer compliance.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and update treatment plans for progress.
• Provide training to families and stakeholders per BACB standards.
• Coordinate with SLPs and OTs to enhance outcomes across specialties.
• Ensure timely documentation meeting ethical, payer, and regulatory requirements.
