Job summary

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Center-Based RBT in Washington, DC to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting. The role involves working with a small group of children, following individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with BCBA supervisors.

Compensation ranges from $27 to $32 per hour for direct clinical hours, with the position offered as full-time or part-time and onsite. Benefits include paid time off, health care stipend, 401(k), training hours, and reimbursement

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) is required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to engage physically in sessions, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Professional and ethical conduct per RBT and BACB guidelines.
• Onsite, center-based ABA therapy with 1:1 and small group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and participate in small groups.
• Follow each child’s treatment plan with BCBA collaboration.
• Accurately collect session data and complete documentation the same day.
• Maintain professionalism and reliable attendance.
• Assist with clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
