Job summary

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies seeks a BCBA to join our Washington, DC clinic. You will supervise RBTs, develop and review treatment plans, and ensure documentation meets payer requirements. We emphasize collaboration, autonomy, and high-quality client outcomes in a center-based setting with supportive leadership.

Applicants should have BCBA certification and at least 1 year of BCBA experience, with late-afternoon to early-evening availability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports with FBA/BAA elements.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of RBTs in 1:1 ABA therapy and conduct competency assessments.
• Review RBT notes weekly for accuracy and payer compliance.
• Coordinate with SLPs and OTs to enhance outcomes across specialties.
• Ensure timely documentation that meets ethical and payor requirements.
