Bright Day Pediatric Therapies seeks BCBAs to join our center-based practice in Washington, DC. You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate across SLP and OT teams. We emphasize work-life balance, autonomy in clinical decisions, and ongoing professional development.

We welcome candidates seeking late-afternoon/evening hours (up to 6:30pm). The space is newly renovated and centered in NW DC with free parking for staff and families.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• BCBA certification and in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a BCBA.
• Ability to work late shift (e.g., 10am-6pm).
• Strong communication, organizational, and mentorship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports per payer and BACB requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor RBTs delivering 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Review RBT session notes weekly for accuracy and payer compliance.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide family training in accordance with BACB standards of care.
