Bright Day Pediatric Therapies seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join a center-based, no-travel team in NW Washington, DC. The role supports supervision, program development, and collaboration with SLPs and OTs.

The successful candidate will have a BCBA certification, at least 1 year of BCBA experience, and availability for later hours. Compensation is competitive with benefits and a performance bonus.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Board Certified BCBA certification and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year BCBA experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports in line with BACB requirements.
• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans with data analysis and program modification.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor RBTs in 1:1 ABA therapy and complete competency assessments.
• Review RBT notes weekly for accuracy and payer compliance.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and update treatment plans for progress.
