Job summary

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician to deliver structured ABA therapy at our NW Washington, DC clinic. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, under BCBA supervision, and help children achieve communication, social, and self-help goals.

We offer on-site training, supportive BCBA guidance, and a work environment focused on connection and play-based learning. Compensation is $27–$32 per hour with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Ability to engage physically in sessions, including floor work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Professional and ethical conduct per RBT and BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a small group of children.
• Collect session data and complete documentation the same day.
• Collaborate closely with BCBA to refine treatment approach.
• Implement treatment plans with consistency and care.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies like prompting and reinforcement.
• Support clinic operations and participate in administrative duties as needed.
