Qualifications

• Proven experience in behavioral therapy, ABA, and working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent skills in patient assessment, data collection, and progress monitoring in clinical/educational settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations including families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members.
• Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes for ASD and other developmental conditions.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care with compassionate approach.
• Organized with attention to detail for accurate medical records and treatment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans.
• Collect, analyze, and document data to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals for comprehensive support.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant records, documentation, and client confidentiality.
