Job summary

Momentum is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessments across home, community, and center-based programs. The BCBA will develop individualized goals and objectives and provide supervision to interns, RBTs, and technicians within a collaborative, client-centered framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• BCBA certification and licensure as required by the state.
• Maintain BACB certifications as outlined by the board.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and ABA therapies; experience delivering services.
• Proficient in functional assessment development, goal setting, behavior reduction and data collection.
• Excellent writing, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial assessments, reassessments, and writes progress reports.
• Develops and monitors individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervises and trains interns, RBTs, and technicians.
• Provides supervision and feedback on reinforcement and data collection systems.
• Offers guidance to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors.
• Performs functional assessments and analyses when needed.
• Maintains behavior management protocols and monitoring for goals/objectives.
• Ensures accurate billing entries and maintains caseload expectations.
