Job summary

Behavioral Concepts in Boston, MA seeks a BCBA to lead clinical teams delivering ABA therapy to children with autism. You will supervise clinicians, mentor technicians, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based practices rooted in assent-based treatment.

As part of LEARN Behavioral, you will collaborate with leaders, participate in monthly meetings, and contribute to family trainings while pursuing professional growth through CEUs and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for teams and clients.
• Mentor behavior technicians and supervise competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Lead parent/caregiver trainings and regional meetings.
• Ensure safety and data-driven decision making.
