Job summary

Circle City ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead client assessments, design and monitor individualized treatment plans, and support staff with ongoing supervision. This on-site role emphasizes collaborative care with families and a strong clinical team.

You will implement ABA methodologies across center, home, and school settings, maintain licensure, and promote a positive, growth-focused culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and coordinating with families and staff.
• Strong ability to assess skills and deficits across domains.
• Experience developing and monitoring individual treatment plans with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of clients and adjust plans accordingly.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide regular staff training and supervision to improve client progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and ensure open communication with families.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and credentialing with BACB and state boards.
