Job summary

Already Autism Health d.b.a Commonwealth ABA in Florence, KY seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team and enhance outcomes for individuals with autism. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement BIPs, provide direct ABA services, and supervise behavior technicians while collaborating with families and professionals.

The role is full-time, requires BCBA in good standing, a master's in ABA or related field, and at least 1 year of experience with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience with autism
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies
• Familiarity with assessment tools and intervention techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with autism
• Provide services in a clinical setting
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA
• Provide direct ABA services including assessments, data collection and analysis
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and professionals for continuity of services
• Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and evaluate effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records of progress and treatment plans
• Stay updated with research and best practices in ABA
