Responsibilities

• Set up production schedule and prioritize orders.
• Prepare, bake, fry, and manage department products.
• Ensure freshness and proper dating; pull items as needed.
• Lead bakery clerks and maintain safety and sanitation.
• Maintain proper signage and label accuracy.
• Order supplies as directed by the Bakery Manager.
