Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout the store.
• Prepare, bake, and fry department products; manage production schedule and deadlines.
• Lead bakery clerks and provide guidance and direction.
• Check product freshness, verify labels, and ensure safety and signage across the department.
• Maintain sanitation and safe work area; operate bakery equipment as needed.
• Write the department schedule and cover in the Bakery Manager's absence.
