Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred
• Availability for daytime shifts

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist them with needs throughout the store
• Prepare, bake, and fry department products and manage production schedule
• Lead bakery clerks and ensure accuracy of labeling and ad items
• Maintain product freshness, quality, and safety standards
• Inspect incoming products and manage inventory and substitutions
• Write the department schedule and ensure coverage in the Manager's absence
• Follow sanitation procedures and keep the bakery area clean and safe
• Respond to customer calls and take product orders
• Adhere to Hy-Vee dress code and department guidelines
• Assist with special projects as needed
