You will oversee bake times, thaw, and rest periods, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines, and will communicate issues and improvements to management and总部 teams.

Qualifications

• Shows exemplary quality in mixing, balling, and dressing cookies.
• Strong communication and leadership to address quality issues.
• Maintains at least 20 hours per week in-store.
• Educates crew on real-time issues and fixes.
• Ensures baking processes like thaw times, bake times, and rest times are followed.
