Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a Head Baker to lead daily production at our Cypress area stores. You will ensure every batch meets Crumbl’s quality standards and brand expectations, mentor crew, and coordinate with store leadership to deliver world-famous cookies.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to bake times, mixing, and dressing. This role requires maintaining quality, training staff, and upholding safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Exemplary quality in mixing, balling, and dressing cookies.

• Maintains at least 20 hours in-store weekly.
• Monitors crew on mixing, balling, baking, dressing.

• Educates crew on real-time issues, fixes, and prevention.
• Ensures proper thaw, bake, and rest times for all batches.
• Communicates with Corporate to uphold standards.

When you enter a Crumbl Cookie store, you will have a high expectation for what these cookies should look like and taste like. Our head baker is responsible for ensuring that every cookie meets customer (and corporate) expectations.

A head baker should have the following qualifications:

• Shows exemplary quality in their work with mixing, balling, and dressing cookies.
• Has good communication skills and can speak up when they see poor quality.
• Has high expectations and good leadership skills.
• Maintains at least 20 hours in the store
• Monitors and observes crew members on mixing, balling, baking, and dressing.
• Communicates directly with crew members when quality issues are observed. Critiques with kindness.
• Educates and informs crew members of real-time issues, how the issue is being fixed, and how to prevent the issue in the future.
• Ensures all crew members are following baking processes such as thaw times, bake times, and rest times.
• Communicates with Corporate team to ensure quality standards are being met
