Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a Head Baker to lead the bakery team in delivering the world’s best cookies. The role focuses on upholding strict quality in mixing, portioning, and decorating while coaching crew members to maintain standards across all batches.

You will oversee bake times, thaw, and rest periods, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines, and will communicate issues and improvements to management and总部 teams.

• Strong communication and leadership to address quality issues.
• Maintains at least 20 hours per week in-store.
• Educates crew on real-time issues and fixes.

Our head baker is responsible for ensuring that every cookie meets customer (and corporate) expectations.

A head baker should have the following qualifications:

• Shows exemplary quality in their work with mixing, balling, and dressing cookies.
• Has good communication skills and can speak up when they see poor quality.
• Has high expectations and good leadership skills.
• Maintains at least 20 hours in the store
• Monitors and observes crew members on mixing, balling, baking, and dressing.
• Communicates directly with crew members when quality issues are observed. Critiques with kindness.
• Educates and informs crew members of real-time issues, how the issue is being fixed, and how to prevent the issue in the future.
• Ensures all crew members are following baking processes such as thaw times, bake times, and rest times.
• Communicates with Corporate team to ensure quality standards are being met
