Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations and supervise the technical team to ensure exceptional customer service during events at our Orlando location.

You will coordinate equipment setup, train technicians, manage workflow, and uphold Encore standards for safety and service. A background in hospitality or events and AV experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience is required.
• Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program in their current position.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure the timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and suggesting operational improvements to venue management and Workforce.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Leads the team in proper security, storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment.
