Job summary

Tsmg in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily fleet operations across depot locations in North America. Lead safety, scheduling, and 24/7 coverage to ensure vehicle readiness and performance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive KPI reporting, and support new city launches, with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction in autonomous ride-hailing services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations or automotive operations.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depot locations.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment, and ride-hailing services.
• Coordinate dispatch, monitor fleet utilization, and minimize downtime.
• Oversee robotaxi depot operations and lead depot staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise operational staff.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and risk mitigation plans.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance.
