Pep Boys Inc in the United States is seeking a Technician who will diagnose drivability and electrical systems, educate customers on problems and proposed solutions, and lead a shop team to deliver outstanding service. Candidates should have 3+ years of automotive diagnostic experience, 4+ ASE certifications preferred (A4, A5 plus two more), a valid driver's license, and availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• 4+ ASE certifications preferred (A4, A5 plus two more).
• Section 609 certification required.
• State Inspection license if applicable.
• Valid driver's license; pre-employment background check.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across braking, suspension, electrical, and engine systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and staff.
• Mentor and support fellow technicians to improve shop performance.
• Stay current with automotive technology through formal training.
• Maintain organized, safe shop operations and comply with policies.
